Cliff is our AWESOME shop manager! He is the proud father of two handsome sons and one beautiful daughter. He is also married to his wonderful wife Kamala. When he isn’t cracking jokes at the shop or spending time with family, he is either fishing or playing golf!

Colin is the face (and voice) of Golden Rule Rowlett. It was destiny for him to come and work for us after having worked for the classic rock station, Lone Star 92.5! He’s married to his awesome wife Jennifer, and has two handsome sons. Ask him about his Dallas Cowboys art collection... It's VERY interesting.

James has been a fantastic addition to our team. He was a service advisor for lawn equipment but wanted more of a challenge and sought out Golden Rule. He is happily married with two kids and likes playing disc golf, hiking, and of course spending time with his family.

Jorge is our shop's lead tech and has been in the automotive industry for 18 years! He loves football, a nice cold corona, and of course working on cars! He is a fantastic leader and knows how to get stuff done!

Cisco is a family man with a wife and three children. He is also a man of jokes, prayers, and sandwiches! He fits right in with our crew and has the same expectations as the rest of us when it comes to delivering quality and service for your vehicle.

Justin joined our team to further his career as a technician and has come a long way! He has acquired half of the ASE certifications it takes to become a Master Tech and is studying every day to make it happen. When he is not at work he is spending time with his family including his three beautiful kids!

Tony is one of our general service technicians. Prior to Golden Rule he was a chef at one of the local restaurants here in Rowlett, OPA! He has always wanted to pursue a career in the automotive industry and finally took the leap in July 2022 when he came to work for us. His favorite part of the job is getting to work on a new challenge every day. On his weekends off he enjoys playing disc golf and spending time with his beautiful wife, Loammi.

Pat is a master certified technician who has been working in the industry for over 20 years. Pat knows what it takes to keep a car running. Unlike many mechanics who are basically "parts changers," Pat uses an engineering understanding to troubleshoot and repair cars. The result is savings in the customer’s pocket. Pat is a family man with six children. He's a great dad and brings the same kind of caring that he has for his children into his work life.

Meet Bill! He has worked in many areas including truck driving, aviation, and painting! He has always enjoyed talking automotive and working on his own vehicles, so he decided to take it to the next level with Golden Rule. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his wife and dog and watching British comedy shows.

Graham is the face (and voice) of Golden Rule Wylie. He came from 10 years as a service writer/manager at City Garage and NTB 6 years prior to that. He is married to his awesome wife and they have 2 kids. He loves fishing, hunting, and baseball. He is ready to serve y’all!

Matt is an ASE L1 Certified Master Technician and serves as our lead tech. Matt also comes from 15 years at City Garage and 5 years at Firestone prior to that. He is married to his wonderful wife Meredith and they have a handsome son named Robert. He likes poker, working on his ‘83 Trans Am, and is a huge Dallas Stars fan!

Johnny is the proud father of his son and “poppop” to his two grandsons. He has been in the automotive industry since he was in Jr. High! When he isn’t servicing a car here, he is servicing one of his own at home. Most of the signs you see at Golden Rule Wylie are also made by Johnny from his very own sign shop. You can also catch him as the MC, singing, and playing the drums at the Wylie Opry every Saturday night. He never stops!

Trent has been in the automotive industry for 10 years. He started at Good Year and then moved on to Hyundai of Plano where he became a Hyundai Certified Master Tech. He likes cats (has 2) and going to the gun range on his days off. When you are here, ask him about Narwhals.

Dustin has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years, working at shops such as Valvoline, NTB, and All State Transmissions. He has a gorgeous wife and 2 cats. In his free time he likes riding bikes and eating tacos.

Jacob is responsible for most of the oil changes, tire rotations, and keeping the shop squeaky clean. He has been in the automotive industry for a little over 6 months and joined our team to further his career as a technician. He enjoys drinking Mai Tai’s, long walks on the beach, and dining at Olive Garden.

Kate is our Administrative Assistant for both Golden Rule locations. She comes from a background in Pharmacy, so her high attention to detail keeps both locations running smoothly. You might see Kate throughout the shop, but primarily at our Wylie location. Kate is married to Cody, a former General Service technician, now working for our software company, autotext.me! On her days off she likes going to the gun range with Cody, spending time with her family, and she substitute teaches ballet!

Matthew is very passionate about his automotive career and wants to take it as far as he can. His free time on the weekends is either spent watching or playing football.

Meet Brandon! He has a background in parts sales at O’Reilly’’s and Autozone. Brandon wanted more opportunities so he sought out Golden Rule and we are so happy he did. His favorite thing about Golden Rule is how much the owners and the rest of the team care about each other. On his weekends off he is spending time with his wife and 5 kids.

Clint has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years. He was previously with Golden Rule as a technician and now he has moved to the front as a service advisor. His favorite thing is quality control, so we are thrilled he has moved roles. On his time off he and his daughter Scarlett provide free adrenaline rushes to unsuspecting civilians.

Jeremy is friends of Dustin and Trent who convinced him to come work for Golden Rule due to his passion for the automotive industry and for learning. His favorite part about being a technician is working with his hands and taking something “broken” and piecing it back together. In his free time he enjoys music, skateboarding and spending time with his two kids.

Sebastian has been a spectacular addition to our team at Rowlett. He began his career in Oklahoma, starting as a GS and worked his way up to a technician over the past two years. Outside of work, Sebastian dedicates his time to caring for his father, who has a disability, a responsibility that continues to drive his determination and keep his gears turning.

Zach is a General Service Technician with a lifelong passion for cars. Adopted from Russia, he grew up watching Hoonigan and Ken Block on YouTube, which helped spark his interest in the automotive world at a young age. He has completed welding school and is currently continuing his education in automotive technology. Outside of work and school, Zach enjoys spending time with friends and playing video games.

Meet Cole, our new General Service Technician. He’s been in the automotive industry for eight years, spending the last three with Ford before deciding it was time for a new road to travel. When he’s not under the hood, you can find him drifting for fun or purchasing things for his wife, because as he puts it, “horsepower is optional, but keeping her happy is non-negotiable”.
